Leadership
Meet The Founder
Ngoc Bich Le was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and came to the United States as a refugee in 1975. Growing up, she witnessed her mother’s resilience as they relied on food stamps and community support—experiences that instilled in her gratitude, strength, and a deep commitment to giving back.

With more than 25 years in leadership roles at General Electric, Philips, and 3M, Bich has worked at the intersection of healthcare and philanthropy. Her first charitable project, helping donate medical equipment to Cambodia, revealed the importance of sustainable solutions beyond goodwill alone.
Guided by these lessons, Bich is dedicated to ensuring that support for vulnerable communities, particularly in Vietnam, is effective, lasting, and empowering. Her work honors her mother’s example and the journey of a family who turned hardship into hope.
Meet The Treasurer
Tri Le was born in Vietnam and like many refugees, he grew up watching his parents sacrifice to build a new life for their children. They never worried about stigma or shame—his father went from being a high-ranking military officer in Vietnam to working as a blue-collar laborer in America, and his mother, who had never worked outside the home, took jobs in factories.

Instead of sending their children to work to help support their large family, they emphasized schooling as the foundation for a better future. They instilled in their children the values of discipline, humility, compassion, and the importance of education.
Tri went on to spend 30 years in the telecommunications industry, holding a variety of technical and managerial roles. His career took him across the globe, where he witnessed both the opportunities created by progress and the deep struggles faced by communities left behind. These experiences shaped his early involvement in charitable work.
